Contacting Retrosnub

Retrosnub is run solely by Malcolm Scott. You're welcome to email Malcolm with any enquiries:

Ordinarily you should expect a reply within a few days to a week. Time-sensitive issues, particularly those concerning domain renewals, will be dealt with more promptly.

When you contact Retrosnub, your address will be kept private, and will only be used in the context of your original enquiry. In particular you will not receive any bulk mail from Retrosnub unless you are a customer, in which case you may receive very infrequent service updates.

The Retrosnub community has a text chat channel where you can talk with Malcolm and a few customers. You can join the chat here or use an IRC client (server, channel #retrosnub). Please don't rely on the chat for urgent issues.

Security and abuse reports; complaints

If you believe that a Retrosnub customer is abusing Retrosnub's systems, please email (including as many details as you can to allow the incident to be investigated). Your report will be handled promptly and in confidence.

In the event of a complaint, please also contact me on the above address. I will respond within five business days. If your complaint concerns a .uk domain and you are unsatisfied with the resolution of your complaint, you may escalate the issue to Nominet.
